Return & Exchange Policy
Please read the following content before placing in your order
＊What should I do before return/exchange?
- Once you receive the package, please check every detail and try it on for the size. If you find any problem out of it, please contact us.
- If return/exchange is needed, please make sure you fill up the Retuen/Exchange form or contact us to confirm information. If not, your request will not be accepted.
＊With what conditions can I return/exchange
- Return/exchange are allowed without any condition. Return/Exchange form need to be filled up within “7 days” since you receive the package.
- Wrong size, color difference, defect, doesn’t look like what you think, etc. are accepted for return/exchange
- Keep the complete product. Including the package, tags, trademark, and all accessories complete. Product without washed and any stain on it.
- Designated limited products or promotional goods are not acceptable.
- Fill up Return/Exchange form: log in UNLIMIT official site. Fill up Return/Exchange form as instruction. Our service colleagues will contact you as soon as possible to help you out.
- Pack: please pack the product including tags and all accessories back to the mailing bag as you have received it completely and wrap it up with tapes.
- Send back: once the pack up is done, go to the nearest 7-11 store. Send it back to the 7-11 store instructed by our service colleagues.
- Confirm: once we receive the product sent back by you. Staffs will check the product. If the product meets the condition, we will help you get your money back or change product for you ASAP.
- On every single order can be only one time return or exchange. And we will cover the shipping.
＊Be advised: we will not ask you to operate ATM machine to transfer or alter installment or any other payment methods. If you have received any suspicious call, please call 165 for further confirmation.
